I took Nimble early in the pandemic to fortify my current bartending skills and add more arrows to my quiver. My biggest take away was The Five and how a small simple list of cocktails becomes hundreds of other cocktails by simply changing one or two ingredients. I've used The Five to teach hundreds of people how to create many of the classic cocktails as well as new custom cocktails.Kyle and Nate are highly respected mentors in the bar industry and I can't recommend enough to anyone, professional or amateur, how essential this course is to leveling up your bartending craft.

The Nimble Bar Co. bartender training course exceeded all of my expectations. The course content was presented in an exceptionally well organized and relevant way. The learning environment was perfect with a mix of lectures, presentations and hands-on practice. When I completed the certification I knew I had the fundamentals that would allow me to succeed as a bartender.This course is a great value.I encourage anyone interested in learning more about bartending and techniques for mixing drinks to check this course out.

Very informative, tons of fun, if you have an interest in bartending this is a great program to give you strong fundamentals. Nate and Kyle are fun and insightful instructors with an obvious passion for the field, I would definitely recommend this school.

This is a course that is an antidote to the classic bar school stigma. Courses are comprehensive, fun, and challenging with homework and fieldwork designed to help round out the skills and knowledge gained in class. Both Kyle and Nate have an incredible skill sets and a wealth of knowledge which they are enthusiastic to share with everyone. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested from a complete beginner to current bartender.

First off, they really did earn this five stars.Taking this course was easily the highlight of my summer. Kyle and Nathan are very knowledgeable and energetic instructors, and so learning in their “classroom” was both fun and engaging. As someone with no bartending or service experience, I was a minority during this course. This lack of experience was in no way an hindrance, as Kyle and Nathan were able to guide me along without slowing the pace of instruction. This course helped me to develop the skills needed to rock my home bar with confidence.

We did a virtual Classic Cocktail night for a friend's birthday and it was fantastic good fun! The teacher was great, and we learned (and drank) a lot! Would totally recommend this as a great way to learn some of the basics of good bartending.

Nimble bar school was one of the best things about my Summer - it had been on my bucket list for awhile. I got to totally nerd out with like-minded cocktail enthusiasts. I loved learning about the DNA of basic cocktails - how to quickly swap out an ingredient or two to make a completely new drink. The instructor challenged us but was also super supportive. Honestly, I can't recommend it enough. If you enjoy making drinks but want a deeper dive, I highly recommend checking out the course.

Highly recommend this school to friends and family! Outstanding instructors!! Very helpful course. The instructors come prepared with lots of helpful cocktail knowledge, and answer questions with patience. They bring many helpful guest speakers for the students, and extend their knowledge about beer, wine and spirits. They encourage students to work on many different styles of cocktails and help them create their own. Overall, it was a great experience!
